Leave perk on lvl9 until lvl 12 will it work?

Just wondering if its possbile to leave perk on level 9 untill level 12 so i can grab two life givers at the same level??

Has anyone tested it?

pretty sure it doesnt work and you will lose a perk slot because of it.

Doesn't work, you'll lose level 9 perk.

Yes, otherwise, we would all wait lvl 21 to choose our perks (ecxept lifegiver of course), having access to better perks (2 action boy, 2 lifegiver, brof, weapon handling...).
