[Forum] "Bartering" section in The Market

I believe it would be useful to add a new "Bartering" section in The Market, for those who are willing to exchange goods or services without being interesting in making any money (caps) movement.

Buy/Sell/Auction directly points towards a type of currency.  (Caps, Drugs,)

Bartering involves anything of ownership.

Because they were supposed to be read only/People exchange PMs from the very beginning.

That's what happens when changes to the forum are made by people who never actually use the forum (or even play the game).

YES, WE *DO* NEED A  BARTERING SECTION. IT'S SO OBVIOUS IT ALMOST HURTS.
