i must tell that the devs do not gain money and they can't get money from the game by selling virtual shit(like in other games like Adventure Quest or Dead Frontier) because they do not have the rights to own the Critter.DAT and the Master.DAT
so this is a free time project

You dint say anything about desert combat. BECAUSE EVERYBODY RUNS LIKE AN IDIOT WHEN HE ENCOUNTERS SOMEONE. Thats the reason for dead pvp, all the players only think in fight when its sure to win, and run when minimum trouble, Hinkley stills alive because you dont lose anything fighting there. The pvp is dead because 95% of the players in Fonline2238 are pussy cowards. (and you are in the 5% of good pvps)
