Bonus ranged damage question

I have never used bonus ranged damage but am considering it so what does +2 to Ranged Damage really mean here?

Crazy:
It's like a +2 at the min and the max of your weapon damage.

so it seems like a wasted perk unless this counts for each bullet in a burst...

Its does count for each bullet... Like stated in my previous pôst, +2 at min and max weapon damage, same for a DKS and an avenger, though it's obviously more usefull for avenger.
