No rly exp for killing lv depends on lv like there will be some kind of formula your lv  based on enemis lv like your 1 and the enemy is 18 and when he kills he get low exp

You already get a reward in the form of their loot. Unless they are bluesuit, and lets face it encouraging bs killing probably isnt a great idea.
