Rezzing Teammates

I think decreasing the ammount of hp to stay alive would be more a pain in the ass that ever.
Imagine a merc leader with 1 healing rate, having to wait (60*2) 120 minutes on the ground, afraid to lose his followers. (and be killed in the process)
Or a guy waiting forever on battlefield to be healed.
Or knoked down abusers, that put someone in the ground, heal him and hurt him again. Even with cuttheveins command, it is one of the most unfair and unjustified feature in the game. (these abusers could be pk or apk. I am not targeting one side)
I my opinion, only enslavable npc should go down under -5 hp...
A game is supposed to be fun, not to make lose time, because of abused features.

in tactics medics worked great and you couldn't do a shit if your hp was droped to 0.
Thing is that carrying extra items (FA and Doc bags) as well as scaling well with skills made them rather useful.
Ofcourse APs spending for action works a little different in there (so you might do actions requiring far more APs than you can have, while taking longer, because of need to regenerate) so here it wouldn't be possible to implement solution without a cooldown that'd be somewhat balanced. Nerfing doc won't help and FA is usually replaced with superstims anyway.

Healing rate is going to change (sorry not going to link source, but was said already), and you can kill yourself instead of waiting anway.

I had an idea similar like that it went by the damage the player can take after going below 0 is Enduranc X 5. Yours wouldn't be bad but I think 20 should be the average char limit.
