Sneak/throwing knife crit build

Well anyway I think you can get max throwing range with 1 str/Heave ho! perk. 'Course you won't need super high throwing skill, more into sneak. Also maybe skilled trait since all you really need is Ghost, Silent Running and Better Criticals. But if you can manage without skilled go for educated at 1st pick with high INT. Awareness is cool beans too.

Betting someone else has a better build... there always is atleast in my case.

it's not possible, dont even listen to someone who says that he can do a GOOD sneak\ knife thrower build.
or if it's possible you will only have 60 hp/ It's only for real time combat and the only chance to win is a good crit roll

i think this
3 6 1 1 10 9 10 [one hander , skilled]
[4-awarness][8-have ho!][12-better critical][16-silent running][20-ghost]
uses jet, cola, cigs. JEt and cola  is "must have"
286 sneak + ghot perk = 316 sneak skill (not so bad)
180 throwing (or we can take 6 ponts from sneak to higly increase our chances to hit in eyes someone who wear CA mark 2)

but  ------> 60 <------ HP. That means you thow in eyes twice, and if the target didn't get knocked out , or knocked down, than poor your ass.

Sorry but no, its possible to have more than 60hp... like ~145 hp for example... or 170hp it depend of what you want.
