Getting books? for crafting weaponIs

I am sorry this might sound like a noob question, but where in the gods name to you get a book science book, or more important for me the guns & bullets magazine.

Please help me i have been searching since the wipe and no luck, could  somebody give me a tip where to get them, i have not seen them in the old forum or here.

And if u do know where u get them when u use them can u use them as much as u want too or only once like in normal fallout?

library in  the hub (building above GUNs shop)
science i think cost ~800, guns something above 300

the price is about 950 for the science book and 850 for guns & bullets

Why not buy it from me for half the library price? :D
