Do we need to wait for 3D?

Many suggestion are waiting for 3D era but some of them can be implemented b4 it will happen.
Do we realy need to have all this 3D to put more fun in to this game?

Show atleast 3 different suggestions. If you are talking about the ability to become a ghoul/super mutie, it's just plain simple - They have no running animations (gosh, think about the ghoul), and some of them can't even use most guns. Ofcourse, we can use the ghoul scavenger skin for pistolero builds (ghoul scavs can't use rifles or big weapons, even the EW) but the super mutants have no alternative - they can only use miniguns, flamer-like weapons, rocket launcher and unarmed, nothing else and can't run. AND, it would need a whole lot of new balancing, the human-ish stuff isn't balanced yet anyway, and balancing 3 races at a time would make even more mess.
