NCR Rangers faction

i like this really nice ncr armor is not strong and if this was impamented into the game ncr armor would not be a rare item thus would not be farmed sense ba is way better and would take less time to get it would just be a good item for some people who would like to rp rangers and just a cool item to have.

I think NCR Armor should be craftable...
For example:
Crafting table
x1
Requirements: Profession: Armorer: 4?
1x and
7x and
Resources: 7x and
3x
Tools:
XP: 2000
Perteks:
Sure but its overall worse than BA then why its so many things need to get only 5% more DR normal and less DT and in other much more less think ?
