Put Mercenaries as Base guards

I'm not talking about what's plausible in terms of what you can pay people with guns to do. I just think allowing players to buy as many NPC auto-attack sentry guns as they can afford and then being allowed to dump them wherever they like does not make good gameplay; losing a fight because your opponents have set up a dozen alts worth of mercs is just awful.

I do not think mercs should be anywhere near as autonomous as they are.

You know badger, if someone really sets they're mind to it, even if mercenaries were completely removed, if you can block/spoof a few IPs, and can get 3-4 game clients running at the same time + aimbots, you could still have a tent trap next to NCR, this suggestion actually makes it better to not just dump hordes of mercenaries on alts, but to add them as guards to a base, which could then be scripted and made smarter so you wouldn't have to tell them to insta kill people.
