New to Fonline. Is this game active still?

Hey guys.
I am a huge fan of fallout and really excited to see the original online. Although now that it is working there is no one online.
Just quick questions and I can figure out the rest.
How active is the game still?
How do you switch servers?
If it is needed. I am not even sure if the online thingy is working =p
Help me out thanks. I read through the forum. Do not see a chat interface. Wondering whats going on.

this is pretty active.
there are 80 people online this is time where not many come on because people need to sleep go to a town u will see people and for chating use in game chat press enter and read the wiki type fonline2238 wiki in google if you really want to chat to people go on irc and look for #2238.
there is no world wide chat.

At the moment this game is dead. Sometimes you can meet someone in towns but this would be probably a bored player killer, thats all. People are waiting for incoming wipe... Dont ask when it would be. No one knows  >:(

Post-wipe period are generaly the best time to discover the game.  ;)
