Can't get the game to play...

When I first got the game, I didn't get an Updater.exe by default because it was back in the days when everything was bugged... I forget where I downloaded mine.
I just uploaded my Updater.exe onto megaupload.com, hopefully it works for you: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=LBRK07Y5

I tried this and it worked, the files extracted correctly, when i chose Program files like default there wasn't any loading or progress bar, it kind of happened instantly. When I chose desktop it loaded when I copied music and unpacked the rest of the files.
