"  rekviem600.dyndns.org " is not an IP address, that's a website. I haven't played Requiem, so I don't know know the correct IP, but that's the problem.

technically you're right thats not an ip address but it is the address to the host so thanks for the troll, can anyone be helpful?

Goon-Heaven is better than Requiem, I'll begin with English translation soon.
Here is list and number of players on active servers: http://fo.rplay.ru/

There is Russian roleplay server, I never tried it, but its prolly the easiest one to play.

Yes you can, but not normally (FOnline has protection system and you can't run 2 FOnline.exe), you have to hack client ;)
