Died, out of luck?

Hi, so I'm trying to do this Kohl's book quest, but I died..are you just out of luck? cause I cant get the books again..

You can still buy new books at Hub library i think. But this could cost you some hundred caps.

yes you can buy all books in hub library, if you buy all they cost something like 2200 caps i think. Dunno if it is worth for shitty 1k exp or how much does that quest give.
