Given that many people have in-game names like "SuPeRKiLlaH_4_LyFe", you can probably just use a normal people's name like "Dave", "Mick" or "Steve". They've probably not been used by anyone.

this is game - small society from 2238 ++++ years.
all this people including u survived in vaults or etc.
so if u raider - u can call u like raider
vc citizen - make civilized name - john smith, helen vachovski, or if u like guy from tullen snakes - bobby ice, max stone, henry the wolf.
if u want to be tribal - call urself by tribal name, no matter if u have bluesuit.
reno guy - watch on youtube list of porn stars for man or woman.
hub guy - make cool name - john razorblade - for criminal , max goldrat - trader.
if u criminal from reno from salvadore family take italian name.
enclave guy - u same guy from vault , take simple name.
brotherhood - take nickname like john steel or paul smith.
i got porn star jet junky character - cane sugar, and mexican guy - alvaro.
this is n t suitable game for kids like lagmaster or vedaras, but they still play, and not suitable game for guys with internet life, but they still play.
no matter wut name u have, but u can try to make name that have fallout spirit.
dont play this game like pvp pve zone.
