Need gm help to corroct some stuff on a base

Well if its the wrong place for the post sorry I feel it should go here.
We have a small gang which have/had a few member but only one of us had terminal right we no longer see him anywhere also I couldn't contact him.
We are interested if the terminal rights could be solved somehow by the help of a gm.
Also we have some item on exit grid which we can't remove no matter how we tried we would appreciate some help on that too.
The faction name used for the base is Vault Outcasts.
The best solution would be if my char named Jotisz could get terminal rights. Since with the two other char that still online we bought a base to save the stuff we gathered for use.

Terminal Access - No Idea (I think GM's either) (long time ago i was using these terminals)
Item's on Exit Grid - Use Combat Timeout (1x Punch and take the stuff)

Not sure about that, but isn't there option to claim leadership in the faction terminal?

Have to be a Member, not friend I think, and I get impression that you must be above some rank to claim leadership.

Also, it seems to be buggy.

You can keep the base from dissapearing by visiting it/checking the terminal even if you can't use it.

GMs seem to be able to access terminals, maybe one can help.
