Hello, it's been a long while I last checked this game. I'm interested in getting back but I want some information about how lawless are the wastelands nowadays?
Are people still gunning/bombing bluesuits on sight? Uber leet snipers who 1hit you from afar? Thieves running rampant in the Hub?

In a nutshell, yes. Although snipers have changed a bit (check the Fallout Character Planner). And now there's a lvl 24. Perks and traits have changed a lot. And the system for having followers has changed.

There is no need to show you.Troop meeting point is in vault 15,you will see server message while logged on.But be careful,without a proper ape,the event is hardly enjoyable,i guess.
