A small suggestion about miniguns

Well I tested it in game. Avenger has only "Accurate".

and that is why miniguns can hit you so easily...

dont fool yourself - perception is only sued to reduce penalty for distance and at 40 aka max for avenger the max penalty is 160 . with 300 skill someone would hit you even if he would have 1 per ;p
