Doc skill giving exp

You heal weakness to give FA.
"Healing" weakness shouldn't give xp, healing crippled limbs and eye damage should.
I fail to see any difference between "healing weakness" and something like crafting gunpowder and metal parts.

Well it's common. But doc is a separate skill atm.

Well i can see differences. One that seems most significant to me is that using doc causes a cooldown (pretty long on low level) while crafting gunpowder or metal parts does not.

For weakness 50xp would be after all you will get more from first aid. About the other damages I think the ones you posted first are ok.

Well setting lower xp gain on weakness seems reasonable to me. Changed.
