I've noticed when you get to 100% in a skill it costs more skill points to advance in that skill.

This is what I've noticed so far.
0% - 99% = 1% costs 1 skill point.
> 100% = 1% costs 2 skill points.
Tagged skill 0% - 99% = 2% costs 1 skill point.
Tagged skill > 100% = 2% costs 2 skill points.
Tagged skill > 125% = 2% costs 3 skill points.

Can anybody give more information on this? I've looked around but can't find anything on the subject.

If taged:
100-126 2 for 2 SP
126-151 2 for 3SP
151-176 2 for 4SP
176-201 2 for 5SP
201+ 2 for 6SP

If not tagged there will be 1 instead of 2 skill points gained for each skill points used.
