Dont Move While Trading

not really, it'll still happen and trading wil be even more frusturatiing because once you got your items and everything set to trade (WOOPS ONE LITTLE THANG WAS TOOKEN YOU GOTTA START ALL OVER AGAIN!!! EHEHEHHEEHEHEEE SUCK DICK!) happens.

This barely happened, even when NCR used to be fairly crowded back in 2010.

And it's not like your computer explodes if it does happen, you might just lose a couple seconds to re-do it, or go away. Besides, Ghosthack already said that they will make it so that multiple people can talk to merchants if they can get the engine changed to the previous method.

i am curious about the side effects of multiple people trading with an npc at the same time.

For instance two players are trading and both want ap rockets that the npc has to trade (both want all thats it in stock and have the right amount of caps) however they stock up on a few other things to go with it. So they both have the items and then both put theres caps in but player one trades first, what happens then to player two? are the rockets taken out or do they remain and then player two trades all those caps only to find no rockets? or is player two's barter reset?

It would be like the item disappeared as if a thief took the item from your inventory while you were trading, except it is for the merchant's side. You don't lose any caps, it's not bugged.

Like I said, that barely happens, that two people are fighting over the exact same product at the exact same time. It would still be 99% more convenient.

Only time that even really happened was right after the wipe and everyone was trying to get Leather Jackets and Brahmin Hides from Sha Enin.

This happened to me almost every single time when i was first starting out....  Every.... time...
