Ok, before thinking "why that guy is making stupid questions" first focus on the fact that i started the game for the first time 3 days ago.
1. A bank account is shared among all cities? i mean: if i open an account in The Den can i access to it from NCR?
2. How many times a "wipe" happens?
3. Can i move my tent?
4. Why i am stripped of all my items when i die even if nobody loots them?
5. How i gather some fibers?
I think that's all for now. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help me with those questions.

1. no you cant. If u open in Broken Hills you cant take money in NCR bank.

2. Wipe happen when Devs do/fix/create some thing big, they wont do wipe for small things.

3. You can't move your tent, you can just take all stuff (get friends or buy car and take all) find cows kill take 10 hides or buy hides. this was 1 way. another way is that you can ask your friend if he want to do tent so, if you do another tent with your friend your wont gone. (But; tag him because he must make it not you.)

4. I dont get it at all, but when u die, your items stay there where you die... mostly PKers if they kill you they loot you, but it can happen that they leave stuff on same place it this ''items'' are some cheap 10mm gun or some thing, so you can still have a little bit of hope and  return to same place and  you might  found your 10mm pistol.

5. In some encounters ( i mostly found them in way from Modoc to Klamath there is some desert where you can found a lot of this..) how you can get fiber from flower you can see here http://www.fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/File:Fibers_gathering.jpg

OK, another one. How do i sell a brahmin?

You need to tame one before you can sell it. Use a rope on a brahmin and if you succeeded go either to HUB, NCR or Modoc to sell it at the local brahmin dealer (im not sure about the other towns like Junktown or San Francisco but it should be possible there too).

Modoc has very many brahmins in encounters, but it's an un-guarded town. Might try to get some luck there.

Actually, i mean selling it to another player.
I'vee seen some kind of "I'll leave you with someone" or so option in the topics when i speak to the brahmin (i suppose it can be done with slaves too). Is it the right option?

yes. click the leave with someone else option (with slaves it will say "i want someone else to command you") and then hit "say" button and type the other players name in.

You have now given the brahmin to another player.
