This character is a druggie but I'm not sure if I wanna use jet because I can't craft so it won't always be available in my stocks.

Man, HP/lvl are based on Endurance. The Formula is EN/2 +2 so you should have 2/4/6/8/10 EN. 7EN is a waste of 1 point in Your special.

combat chars dont need outsdoorman, invest in doc

My problem is with these two skills here. If I take a point out of PE the end result will be PE 5 and the other way around I'll end up with EN 9. I know how the formula goes but I will only use this char while drugged.

PE 7               6
EN 7             10

I normally choose doc but I never use it. I'll just changed it back.
