This threat doesn't work in case of IP ban ;)
However i see no reason for banning you.

Even if they existed though, we still have proxy.

Using proxy sucks, it adds latency and free proxies are usually crappy ;)

Maybe finally, there is a GM, that can ban him. He makes threats to GMs, and they dont even care. While a normal person would do that = instant jail.
