Cant finish lorraine quest

Hello

I can't seem to finish this quest.

I've tried talking to Lorraine while I had the supplies(I had 16 pieces of Junk and 6 pcs. of wood or something)

That didn't work, then I made lots of guns at the workbench. Still no different dialog options from Lorraine. Anyone who can help me on this?

I'm not sure, but I think you need 3 CH minimal to do this quest.

Did you already have the required items ready when you talking to Lorraine the first time?
What is her response when you click on her? I think HertogJan is right, you need 3 Charisma.

Edit: Yeah, you need 3 Charisma or higher. She says "beat it, ugly" if you have less than that.

You can gather it before taking the quest, that goes with every quest.
