people in ncr are too poor to buy anything anwyay, so they would see no difference...

But still having a follower is nice. Well as Xarr said you can distribute some goods for new players. Looks like some appearing again which is a good sign hope they won't get slaughtered as much as to give up. Getting them some equipment increase they surviving abilities though a too good gear equals a 'shot me' sign.

If I had a billions of caps I would buy all crapy guns and dismantled then coz I hate scroling down over thousand of guns with det >50% to find some good one.. and the time run up..
