I see from time to time guys that have other than default skins. I think this feature is cool, why not to add quests for additional skins?
It could be done quite easily, some quest in glow gives a player mutant skin, a quest that requires unarmed fighting and gym training gives metzeger skin etc.
Loved to see that in game.
