Hi im new to this game and i died and i dont know how to sstart playing again all im doing in the game is lying down so any help would be great.

Boon Lived:
If you dont respawn, then you may not really be dead.

If you reach -20 health, then you die.

Using the command

~Cuttheveins

will kill you if this happens.
Or you can wait for someone to heal you.

Slaver Snipe:
Or you could wait until your health went back above 0 and you wouldn't lose everything on you.

if noone loots you, and in Encaunter you will die if you have 0 to death

Never stated he was in an encounter, could very well have been a pk that left him alive. Or a multi encounter where raiders or whatever killed him died to a patrol that wasn't hostile to him before they could finish him off.
