Baked - fo2238 is fully made fallout 2 serwer
you have to download special files that allow you to connect to the serwer
and answer to few questions u want to ask for sure u_u
Fo2238 is like i said set up on Fallout 2 (YES you need it to play) but u can find npc's and places along with items from other fallouts
NO you cant play any character you have made in single player fallout (u make a new one here)
for others use Search option
