Solution for forbidden weapons and power armors.

Just another thought to consider:
Once you put a suit of power armor on, the only way to take it off is when the raiders loot the scraps from your corpse.
That, or maybe, maybe allow the BoS/Enclave mechanics to remove (and keep it) for a "small" convenience fee.
