Client won't start

This happens when I try to run launcher (application load error 0xc0000135):

And this whiile launching fonline.exe (after updating with updater):


This is fresh Windows installation so maybe I'm missing some libraries, I dunno.

just try to log in man, the script execution doesn't matter, i've had this problem with one of my school computers (FYI i have fonline on a usb stick and on my home comp.)

Yeah, I figured out the script part but I still can't run launcher.

You need the .NET runtime to use the launcher. If you are using Vista or Windows 7 it shouldn't be any problem, as they ship with .NET, if you are using XP however and a clean install, you'll need to download it manually and install: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/netframework/aa569263.aspx
