Tell that to all the unhappy bastards banned from 360 that become into PlayStation users.
Believe me, if you hit they enough they wont try it again.Of course there will be always new cheaters and new ways of cheat, eliminate cheaters is not a battle that you can definitely win or lose, but this dont means to give up.
