ok
i just want to make some calculations about big guns user dmg with lsw, avenger, minigun ofc. so i need some formulas and info ;) hope someone can help me
so lets look what we've got here
i'v found formula for chance to hit and i need confirmation if its correct:
CTH=Skill + ((PE - 2) * 16) - (HEX * 4) - (AC of Target)  this formula works without aiming
well if we take burst this CTH % will work for first bullet afaik
i need some formula for next bullets in the burst
heard that it works like -1% CTH for each next bullet, but then lsw is kinda imba or what :)

thanx for any confirmed info and formulas ;)

yup exactly , i can tell you already through that avenger minigun > anything in pure dam output both low armor with FMJ and high armor with AP bullets
LSW loses basicly cos its ammo doesnt hold AP perk , but on the other hand it has 4 times better accurency


ATOM if you hop here by any chance can you share some more pseudocodes ?^^
 like HTH / melee calculations (do power fist benefit from Haymaker  etc..)
also the range calculation for thrown ...
and it would be nice to know how  does encounters work - the effect of outdoorsman / perks etc ;]

can u confirm that each bullet of 1/3 burst (max that can get to primary target) got its independent CTH ?

4 times better accuracy? :/

LSW is like shooting an avenger .. except you use AP vs bluesuits and JHP vs BoS CA. In fact even a normal minigun is better with its specialist ammo. (Of course this is different if they have toughness, which is very handy vs miniguns and they are using JHP)

For example:
Avenger using JHP : LSW vs Bluesuit without toughness = 1.7:1
Avenger using JHP : LSW vs Bluesuit with 2 toughness = 1.6:1

Avenger using JHP : LSW vs Metal I without toughness = 1.1:1
Avenger using JHP : LSW vs Metal I with 2 toughness = 1:1

Avenger using JHP : LSW vs CA without toughness = 0.9:1
Avenger using JHP : LSW vs CA I with 2 toughness = 0.8:1

Of course you could just load AP ammo and ignore toughness, but that may not always be an option :)


How would haymaker benefit a powerfist?

Range for Thrown is 5* Str up to a max of 15

Outdoorsman just affects WM speed, you still get the same number of encoutners - you just travel further in between them
