So you're saying only experienced players are allowed to roleplay that know how to calculate damage formulas and critical hit tables and all that jazz? Herp derp better head to Redding for some intense PKing project I mean RPing. :}

When you're playing a game in RP way, gameplay is here to support your RP. You can RP controlling a town, but you have to really take that town IG. If not, why you even bother with playing the game?
Same thing here. If you want to do official visits, get some power, earn IG respect by controlling towns, fighting for ressources...
(and yes, to do that you better know damage formulas, or at least have friends who know it)

also... better join a gang and RP fast or there is no point to fonline in that subjective matter? why, if you looked at Alec's posts, he is perfectly happy in roleplaying what he does regardless of anyone's input. but since this is a social game we all better just join gangs and stroke each other's e-peen when RPing TC.
I guess it's because I'm a born vault citizen turned ghoul who shovels brahmin crap all day and nothing more. The concept of playing a role no matter how big or small is difficult for me to understand.

If you want to RP a trader, you obviously don't try to control a town, you just get stuff to trade... If you want to RP the chief of a powerfull faction, then you will need to have a big e-penis. Or to RP a crazy guy who lead his brahmins thinking it's an army. But you won't get vertibirds for roleplaying that.
Why always thinking TC/PvP guys are just a bunch of retards kids who don't know what is RP? You can do RP in many way in this game, and diplomacy between big faction is really interesting to play. Knowing the damage formula doesn't mean you are unable to do anything else than try it on bluesuit.

Well probably I shall perhaps be the only one to say that your idea is cool, but remember that FOnline is a game public. the suggestion as if, is rarely applied, for what reason? Well, the GMs and Devs are not always and it takes time to create an event like this and it also the colaboration of the players because without it's would be useless.
Also I forgot to say that although your idea is good, but it must also be realistic
