Leveling in TB? LOL Waste of time you can always level up first lvl on basic quests .
Leveling in TB takes twice more time ,it's harder to run away if you meet to much mobs on one encounter and as everyone know TIME IS MONEY.Leveling in TB  is a wste of time and resources.

Leveling a low-lvl low-hp low-skilled(low-range) sniper in RT without friends, any armor, stims, with shitty weapon can be harsh.

skilled takes away perks on the last levels, while educated takes away perks on first lvls
