Healer

The healing of bodies comes easier to you with this Perk. Each level will add  4-10 more hit points healed when using the First Aid or Doctor skills.

I have to report that this perk is not working. Tested on char with 10LK - so is healing 100% of the FA skill %.
This char have 100% FA. So every time is healing 100 pts of dmg. With this perk it should heal more then 100pts - but reality is different.

I am playing Doc character  with  that perk too, and  I never experianced any problems with that issue.
Sometimes I heal more than 100 especially, when healing  persons  that lie on the ground (hp below 0 )

Yes, I also play doc build and i got low luck. I found this perk very useful especialy at the begining of playing with that build when I got FA skill below 100 percent.

Crazy:
Man you haven't understand what he mean. When you have 10 luck you ALWAYS do your max heal (and this is equal to your skill) So he always heal 100HP (when he can). But with this perk, no change, he dont heal more. So there should be a problem.
