Best way is always going to be "friend-to-friend method". People usually listen more to their friends suggestions, and also we don't want to launch an ad campaign just to draw people in, that aren't going to stay anyway, it's a waste of both money (if advertising means such thing as google adwords) and effort in the long run.

We already use moddb, a blog and a forum, all of which are indexed by Google, Searching for "fallout online" on google, we're on the second page (the blog). Could be better, could be worse.
