BTW. I still think it's 1/5 for instakill for NPCs. For players it indeed is about 5%. :P

I think even NPC's EN still plays role in instakill safe throw roll. Simply not all NPCs have 10 EN. ;p

Heyyy, that doesn't count, this is a BG crit thats an aimed! :P  besides its a insta kill, doesn't count for either :>.
