Well, oddly enough, it seems like there is no Anti- or Pro-Pk side.  The ones who run the town seem to pk for no reason, thank you for proving that to me earlier, Lunoi person. Anyhow, someone should be showing up with a screenshot following this to testify to the fearsome PKs who were afraid of my Spear.

I've been in Redding for awhile, and i only been killed around the mines by random PKers.
Except for that, Redding is pretty safe.

Oh yes, they did.  I want into town few days ago with my spear and a hammer to mine and two were hovering around me as I stabbed rats.  Tried leaving and they sought fit to shoot a leather-jacket spearman with a rocket.   

Back to the snapshot, it is entirely possible they are banned so one might not be forthcoming here afterall. Meh.

The difference between factions like S8 or DoW and WWP is that the latter openly acknowledge to killing bluesuits and other defenseless people of the wastes. While the former are tormentors of the weak under the guise of running a roleplaying project. Don't believe me?

Just look at the WWP forums, you will see how every Chief of Security is the modern day Gestapo saying he will kill all trouble makers. The truth of the matter is that the only ones who cannot defend themselves are subject to the macabre suffering instilled by the Chief of Security. Whenever people who can handle themselves enter town it becomes all about how peace treaties, affirmation of their innocence and pleading to other factions so that they can secure the town for their glorious cause of roleplaying.

I remember a long time ago I played a small MUD where I tried to attack a citizen of the town and was caught in the midst of my crime by the town guards (they were PCs). They trapped me, instead of killing me, and then for like 30min-1hr, I was put on trial (and of course I was found guilty), but was let go as that was my first offense. That was probably the few times I was roleplaying and having a lot of fun.

In Redding, you just get a rocket to the face without any words prior or after you are exploded into smithereens. The WWP is a disgrace to roleplayers, and sadly I doubt this is going to change with the new government (which is really just the old government under a new face).
