Enclave offers best armorer and EE training, lookup their requirements if you want to craft things.
WRT leadership, you can lead CH-1 players and ROUNDDOWN((CH-1)/2) mercs/slaves. With good OUT (95%) you can be a good hunt leader, because you get to choose whether or not engage an encouter more often than if you had less OUT.
Big disappointment Enclave lover: energy weapons are nerfed hard. Most people wear metal armors so lasers are reduced by 60-84%. My advice, stay with small guns.
