Flare Duration?

Well then hopefully coming with a flare duration would be better availability so they are in fact a useful tool to use rather than for decoration.

why does having a timer on a flare count it as being "nerfed"? ??? flares burn out, IRL and in fallout. they just....burn out. guns run out of ammo. doesnt make them nerfed. not tring to be rude, just sayin.

It's not a "nerf" it's how it was meaned to be from the very beginning.
