trouble bartering with harry in VC

finally got enough money for something, but the barter screen wont come up now.    i tried leaving the area, waiting until after 9:am, nothing seems to work.    would love to purchase my first firearm.    anyone know what the deal is?   my karma in vc is at -100.

Its a bug that happens if you run out of time, or someone pushes you.
this is how to fix it:


Go on to world map

Logout

Restart the client

Log back in.

It works on me if you just restart client (no need to be at worldmap)
