at the beginning i would like to notice - this is not another whine series topic, its only MY subjective opinion of things what i dont like in this season.. and what i would like to see in next one. i hope this will be more like "question and answer" topic to developers.. dont know how to write this with my poor knowledge of english language. i ll try do this in points.
Trading Systemok, everyone knows that - trading system definitely need some improvments.. its really hard to buy something useful, and that should not be main source of obtaining items?
- traders are fill of shit, this crappy weapons dont disappear after some time.
- item respawn time at traders is way to long (1day?) why its not 30-60 minutes when there is 150-300 players online.
- barter - another useless skill in fonline. players need this skill only for get more time for browsing all this shity stuff like mausers, 10mm pistols etc.
- more different traders* ? - its related to next point..
Caravans- why not to add real caravan traders, like we had in fallout2? (trader + guards on encouter) that can be solution for worthless caps and another way to get some stuff like drugs, armors, weapons and ammo. we have a lot of caps and we dont know how to spend this money.
- FARMING, ok finaly we back to old good concept of farming stuf form 'caravans', the problem is.. what to farm?
- to many spots for find some caravans, for example SF caravan you can find on 20-30? different zones - near sf, reno, ncr, junktown and even hub. long time ago on secound season that was really great when tehre was only few places to find sf caravan - why? becouse of fights in encouters with other groups of players!
and this is realated to another thing point
Turnbasewe all know, the good TB on 2238 is almost dont exist becouse of few problems ..like:
- finding other players is like pain in the ass, that should be much easier
- encouters are open only for few minutes and dont mention about 5minutes ? for discress call
- no possiblity of using doctor in tb + few more things
so, why encouters can be open for 30 minutes for example? i know sometimes becouse of tb traps a lot of players are traped for verylong time but comeoen, 2 days ago on requiem was the longest and probably most epic turnbase battle ever (over 20 hours)
