Character build? - need oppinion

if i take 5 str then i dont have to use small frame, except if it has another ussage than +1 agility. Bloody mess is waste. But good natured was my backup plan.
I have 2 players now. First, created when i started to play and has 6PE. And second (i`m playing with it now) with 9PE. Difference is HUGE. With second player killing is so much easyer. So i wouldn`t lower PE. But thanks for the advice.

What do u think of perks? Something need to change?

If you're leveling on critters, 2x Toughness is good.
I would however drop Awareness and replace it with either More Criticals or Bonus Rate of Fire.

Don't forget that for crafting tier 3 armors you need to be able to make HQ Alloys which requires a science skill of 100.

I though you build was HtH, but looks like watched wrong :P

ST 5+ buffout give you profession
PE 7 is enough if you not think to use hunting rifles etc.
IN 6 is good
AG 7+ small frame (9APs)

Finesse is bad. If you shoot with JHP bullets you make nothin damage, because enemies got +30 to DR :P
(Example: .44 JHP gives +50 DR and finesse +30 so enemy got 80 DR total :P)

Awareness off,1 toughness off and mr.fixit
Add Bonus rate of Fire (3 shots) and 2x more criticals.
