When will be WIPE?

Approximately in how much time will be a major update/wipe?
I'm whining on poor, slow and boring game features which last more than a year, excuse my harash critics and for being a crybaby.
The only thing I could prize is Hinkley, that is if all weapons were included.

Wipe will be announced short before it happens. No wipe has been announced yet and we don't have any date for when everything is ready.
