How about this PVP sniper build?

which perk can i change with better criticals?

should i make luck to 8 and pe to 10 and i dont need sharpshooter perk

I would actually take out a more criticals and replace that with better.

and it makes %20 critical chance with better criticals, -2 to luck and +2 to perception makes %23

Use the character planner.

10 luck and 2 more criticals has crit chances of
80% eyes
60% head
50% groin
50% arm
40% leg
20% torso

Compared to the 8 luck and 3 more criticals
78% eyes
almost 60% head
50% groin
50% arm
41% leg
23% torso

TBH the builds basically come out to the same thing but i always trust in 10 luck with a sniper character.

hmm that one looks like better then. can i take 3 more crit and also better crit together? what build should i do for that
