NCR could use another workbench, sometimes more then 3 people wait for other 3 to finish crafting.

It would bring more people to NCR, there is enough already IMHO

Maybe better place a workbench in convenient location in Hub.

People chose where they want to go, and I barely see people in Hub...

people have to wait while crafting while gathering while healing and while standing at the workbench too, nothing to be changed here everything is cool.

Hub workbench is already more conveniently placed than NCR workbench.
What is better about NCR is that it has ore and minerals right outside of town, which is important if you travel being overweight.
Hub also doesn't have choppable trees and flint as far as I know.
