they only give skins to roleplayers, for example doctor skin for dr. pachiro who then do merc ambushes in new reno while set them on "attack any wasteland you stumble across". So if you are not "roleplaying" like that skin is not for you..

Just...
* Be a friend of the GM
* Have in name stuff like "Dr." "Mr." This will make GMs think you are a normal player
* Ask him very much for it
* Once the GM gave you the skin, thank him and go to your tent, log out and wait until he logs out so that he can't take it away from you.
* Incase you see a GM whilst you have a custom skin, run like hell, go to your tent and log out so that he can't take it away from you.

If someones gets a skin from a GM everyone will SPAM GM's asking for skin change and that would be a hell of work for them.
I mean they can't run around change everyones skins. And it's unfair and gay to only give "powerful" or "popular" players new skins.
We gotta have equal rights.

I'll just be laughing if you are stuck with a skin that can't use your weapons anymore! What are you going to do then? Pester the GM to change skin again or keep bugging em for a specific skin??? Or you get one that can't run  ;D

Also
So, i am "roleplaying" so the skin is for me.
right?
right!

What? seriously there is not basis to your claim here. See i can do it too. I'm "roleplaying" give me a skin.

What are you roleplaying and is it worth having a skin over it? Are you going to continually roleplay till the wipe??? Good luck!

Don't spam GM with asking for skin.
Don't act like a greedy kids, pay some respect to people who create and maintain very very good game for you. For free btw.
Be smart and one day...

By the way, I asked to removed skin, but got refuse.
And it's fair, because I warned before I got the skin.

Yes, it works.

Does this apply to all or just male characters i.e. the gender you chose at char creation. I ask because afaik barber is only for bald or longhair male unless i can transform a female character to be butch bald ma... i mean lady!

Barber has some gender check in dialog unfortunately. ;)  So no, only works for males.

Giving skin to any player is forbidden by GM rules. You can report those who do the opposite.
