I found a "Handsome Slave" and "Cute Slave" in caves. Can you capture them if you are a slaver?

Yep. They can also have items on them. Found a 0 DET Pancor Jackhammer on one.

Recently?  A while ago they fixed cave loot and made it all like normal enc. stuff, with a higher det % and a few break counts.

you mean they remove one of best pve features out of game.
